Mediacoder is the best, free or otherwise. I’ve just used it to put Naruto on my 10 year old’s Zen player. You made me the best dad ever, guys. Thanks.

Sorry for my bad english, I am french!
After MadiaCoder 0.6.1.4190 I have installed last version 0.6.1.4190 but it’s not possible to convert from .FLV video (error code 12).
I have re-install old 4116 version!
